Conditions

Scope:

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as T&Cs) regulate the relationship between Flomanda (Daniela Küttel) and its customers. The T&Cs are part of the purchase contract.

Prices:

All prices on Flomanda are in Swiss francs and are exempt from VAT. Packaging and postage costs are shown and charged separately. There is no minimum order value. Price changes and errors are reserved.

Packaging and postage costs:

The packaging and postage costs vary depending on the size of the order. In principle, the following packaging and postage costs apply:

  • Priority package: CHF 10.50
  • Economy package: CHF 8.50
  • Small shipment A-Post: CHF 3.70
  • Small shipment B-Post: CHF 3.40

Payment method:

Flomanda only delivers against advance payment. If payment is made at the post office counter, the actual costs are to be borne by the buyer. Collection is possible after advance payment or cash on collection. The goods remain the property of Flomanda until full payment has been made. The payment period is 7 days. During this period, the products are reserved for you. After 7 days, they are released for sale again.

Delivery times:

Delivery times are without guarantee. The customer has no right to terminate the contract or to claim compensation if the delivery times are not met.

Exchange and return:

Correctly delivered goods will not be taken back or exchanged. If the goods are refused or returned, we will charge you for the damage incurred. Our right to fulfillment of the contract remains valid.

Guarantee:

Our products are shipped correctly. If you receive a faulty shipment, please notify us in writing within seven days and return the goods immediately.

Miscellaneous:

Photos of the respective articles are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. Due to digital image processing, slight color deviations may occur.

Liability:

Flomanda disclaims any liability. Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law.

Data protection :

Flomanda does not pass on or sell customer data to third parties. Customer data is only required to process orders or - with consent - to send the newsletter.
