Anwendungshinweise

Before going to bed or whenever you want to relax, warm the Babyduft® Sweet Dreams body oil in your hands and apply it to the whole body, massaging it in gently. Also ideal for a stomach massage. Thanks to Roman chamomile, the oil has a strong antispasmodic effect and helps with colic and stomach aches.

If you don't have time for a full body massage, a foot massage often helps because the ingredients are absorbed very well through the hollows of the feet.

Massage tip: it is important to always massage the stomach in a clockwise direction to stimulate digestion. Massage with light pressure around the belly button and stroke towards the right thigh (from above).
