Ingredients: essential oils of clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus and rosemary

How to use: Steam up your shower and simply spray 2-3 sprays into the shower area, away from your face. Or spray into the shower area and then turn on the water to allow the steam from the shower to capture the scent of the pure essential oils.
